Today and every day is a day to rejoice as women. We've come very far on our journey and we still have very far to go as well. As women, we have to recognize the importance of us supporting and empowering each other. The importance of giving guidance, adding value and why being mentors and coaches to each other helps us all as women. When women encourage women, show each other that they value them and genuinely support each other, incredible things happen. You help to transform their lives and the world. It's important make a conscious decision to use our powers as women to ignite others to feel empowered. In honor of International Women's day, I salute all the young girls and the women out there making a difference.
